General questions about the product and use:
Q: What kind of detergent is suitable for Moyu Mini Washing Machine?
A: Just use the normal laundry detergent.
Q: What is the washing capacity of this washer?
A: The washing capacity is 0.8kg. For example, you can wash 1-2 adult shirts, 4-6 underwear and 6-8 pairs of socks. We are going to launch a new model at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022, with increased washing capacity up to 1.0kg.
Q: Does the washing machine include a spin dryer?
A: Yes, this washing machine comes with a foldable spin basket and there is a program for spin dry. Please be aware that the spin function is not as powerful as that of a large washing machine.
Q: Can the machine do pre-wash?
A: Yes, you can soak the clothing before the wash cycle. Using warm water and pre-wash detergent will give the big difference to make your clothes clean.
Q: Can I use hot water to do the wash cycle?
A: The internal material of the washer is PP/TRP, which is very heat resistant and safe. However, for the best washing performance, we suggest the temperature of water added is about 30-40°C and no more than 60°C.
Q: Does it come with a charger?
A: The machines does not use battery. It is connected to the power socket via a UK plug and a power adapter.
Q: Does it come with an English manual?
A: Yes, the package includes an English manual. You can also download it from our website here.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: All major credit card and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Currently we are only able to ship within the UK. Customers based in the EU please contact us for further arrangements.
Q: How much does the shipping cost?
A: The shipping is free within the UK.
Q: How long does the shipping take?
A: The product will normally be dispatched from our UK warehouse the next day and the delivery to mainland UK normally takes 1-3 working days. Shipping to Highlands and Islands usually takes 3-5 working days.
Q: Can I track the order?
A: Yes, once you placed your order you will be sent an email for confirmation. Once your order is shipped you will be sent the tracking details so you can follow your order through to delivery.
Returns:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If for any reasons you do not like Moyu Washing Machine, you have 30 days to return the product and we will offer you money back. For any other reasons (unopened, change of mind), please return the item within 60 days of purchase in its original packaging.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please contact us by emailing contact@moyu.co.uk, stating your order number and date of purchase to arrange return.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. If the product has faults and stops working during the 12 months, we will repair your washer or a replacement will be offered.
Q: What is not covered by the warranty?
A: The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

Damage or faults caused by misuse, neglect or careless use of the machine

The machine has not been used in accordance with the user guide or not for the purpose it was intended
